    Instructions:

    Assume you are the  Sales Manager (Ken):

    -Suggest a way for New Science to achieve balance in the sales force activity of bringing new business while not losing renewal business

    -Provide at least 3 recommendations on what steps to take and explain how each will consider organization and compensation solutions.

    -Explain the three recommendations in terms of People, Sales Organization, Compensation, Sales Process (Territory and Account Management), and Tools (sales technology strategy).  A table is suggested but not necessary.
