I have a great employee who is applying for a masters degree in statistics. He is one of the best I have in the department. He started as an intern with us in the bank and then we hired him because he showed dedication and excellent quality work. He is the best performer within the team although he is the latest joiner. He improved the overall TAT for the department due to his speedy work (without compromising the quality). He has managed or co-managed several project and all of them were closed on time with the desirable outcomes.
