Mobile devices have promoted instant connectivity .they have made possible people to be accessible all the time. Social media has also allowed for people to remain   connected with each other. The environment has suddenly   become very interactive and very active. People are never out of reach and can be contacted at any time anywhere. These have made people and envormnent very procactive to all decision making and knowledge expansion and inter cultural exchanges. Social media has made it possible to know other countries and has broken transnational borders.
