    Ginni Rometty followed Sam Palmisano as the Current CEO of IBM. She is the first female in this role as well as a proponent of the “new New” IBM. In the video in supporting materials (please view the first part of the video) she discusses several stakeholders in this renivented IBM. Chose one of the stakeholders she mentions, identify specifically who are the groups within the stakeholder classification and describe as we did in class what their interest in IBM is and how IBM impacts them and how they impact IBM.

    Remember each group she mentions in the video, represents a category of stakeholder, that she and her colleagues have analyzed as being important and relevant to the success of this new new IBM. Also remember that she states that IBM reinvents itself consistently because its a tech company and it must keep pace with the changes in tech. We will examine the agility of this company, the continuous change it attempts to engage in.
